As a founding partner, Aaron set out with a vision for Underhill & Hodge, LLC to provide a full-service shop for clients where they can obtain legal counsel on all things real estate, including transactions, complex development matters, land use, zoning, and commercial leasing. Luckily, Aaron is uniquely qualified to do just that. Aaron represents several major developers in central Ohio, such as The New Albany Company, the master developer of the City of New Albany, named by Business Insider as America’s number one suburb.  He also represents The Ohio State University, M/I Homes, and numerous other well-known companies based in the Columbus, Ohio area and beyond. He particularly enjoys working with individual landowners and smaller companies to help them reach their business goals.
