Zach Allen is a director in the firm’s Real Estate and Banking & Financial Institutions Practice Groups. Since 1988, Zach has concentrated his practice in commercial real estate lending, leasing, development and sales transactions, in which he represents a diverse range of clients, including developers, purchasers, owners, tenants and lenders. He is licensed and actively practices in both Oklahoma and Texas and regularly handles multi-state matters. He is board-certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Zach is member of the State Bar of Oklahoma, Oklahoma County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section), Dallas Bar Association (Real Property Section) and the American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section). Zach’s professional recognitions include:

Zach is a trustee and current president of the housing corporation for the Beta Theta Pi fraternity at the University of Oklahoma. Previously, Zach served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Real Estate Council, the board of trustees of the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence, the Norman Public School Foundation Board of Directors, the Norman Youth Soccer Association Board of Directors and the Alcohol Advisory Committee for the University of Oklahoma.

He received his Bachelors of Business Administration with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 1985 and received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1988, where he was Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Air Law and Commerce.
